I don't
know about you, but we had a truly cracking christmas
with family and friends. On the 25th we had a big old
party at our house centered around roast turkey with
all the trimmings, including potatoes, bread sauce,
homemade pate and 3 types of stuffing. In the morning
I dusted of the food processor and went to work
knocking out some classic christmas dishes. Didn't
sit down again until around 5 o'clock and that was
just to sample the mulled wine. Big thanks to some of
the bloggers on Jamie Oliver's site for their
culinary tips.
